The employment contracts of the deployed freelances are concluded by the operating companies, duly authorized by IT-Staffing Group. The operating companies hire in employees through IT-Agency and make them available to the operating company's contracting party.
The operating company's account managers maintain the daily or operational contacts with the freelances on temporary staff. Salary payments are made by IT-Agency based on the provisions of the employment contract. Time recording is a significant part of payroll administration, which is why IT-Agency has created an application to submit timesheets through the Internet.
