Last week Eurojust concluded new frame agreements with (new) ICT service providers. The estimated value for a period of four years amounts to approximately 5 million euros per year.
Eurojust, the judicial cooperation body of the EU Member States, concluded frame agreements with new ICT service providers last week. A selection was carried out according to a tender. The tender was required because Eurojust will need to set up a flexible shell in the near future. Eurojust will apply this flexible shell to accommodate the extension of the activities. The duration of the new contracts will be two years with two options for extension of one year each.
Eurojust anticipates that they will need to hire staff for the regular work and projects. Eurojust selected a few suppliers for the total ICT demand. IT-Staffing Info Motion is one of the new suppliers.
Eurojust is a judicial cooperation body, created to help provide safety within an area of freedom, security and justice. Eurojust was set up by the Council of the European Union in February 2002 (Council Decision 2002/187/JBZ) to improve the fight against serious crime by facilitating the optimal coordination of action for investigations and prosecutions covering the territory of more than one Member State with full respect for fundamental rights and freedoms.
Eurojust is composed of 27 National Members, one from each EU Member State. These are senior and experienced judges, prosecutors, or police officers of equivalent competence, who together form the College of Eurojust.
Naturally, we at IT-Staffing Info Motion are very proud of the fact that we have been selected ICT service provider.
