Software Pool is a serious, reliable and professional partner. We offer a range of possible collaborations, not a standard contract.
We go through the entire range of wishes and demands with every customer, and conclude a framework or master agreement which provides for liability, anti-competition clauses, payment terms, responsibilities etc.
Originally, Software Pool is a staffing agency. We have done that for many years, and we are good at it. Software Pool deploys professionals temporarily with retrospective settlement based on actual costs. Our extensive customized package (Total Match System) allows us to make a good match quickly and effectively.
The non-contractual side of the match is fleshed out inter alia on the basis of the knowledge and experience of our commercial team, supported by a giant amount of information that we record of our candidates in addition to their technical skills.
Software Pool requires its clients to provide a clear description of the contract and the work involved. Candidates are not introduced until the entire application is known and has been discussed with him or her. Nothing is done with their details without their consent.
Software Pool deploys independent IT professionals. What benefits does that bring?
- We are not affected by underutilization or inactive people. This means that for every contract we can propose the best available candidate, rather than someone who 'is in between contracts, but will pick it up as he goes along'.
- This allows us to keep our margin low, and therefore the total fee.
- Software Pool's professionals have at least three years' experience, and often far more. Recently qualified IT workers do not opt for the freelance market until they feel they have gained enough knowledge and experience. Those are the candidates we pick.
- The professionals know that even though they work on our behalf and on behalf of the client, they are basically self-employed. Good projects and good results lead to good references and a good reputation in the market.
Since the professionals are self-employed, they are paid an hourly rate and there are no problems with days' off and holidays.
Software Pool provides quick services with a good price-quality ratio. You may state how soon you wish us to respond, but we aim to respond within a few hours.
Of course, Software Pool covers all the risks in the context of the Wages and Salaries Tax and National Insurance Contributions (Liability of Subcontractors) Act (Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid) and the Flexibility and Security Act (Flexwet).
Contract handling
The variety of business partners and suppliers of temporary staff is a burden to many clients. This is why clients increasingly opt for a party to deal with all the administrative and contractual handling clearly, quickly and to the satisfaction of all the parties involved, and of course to take away all the risks in the area of the Wages and Salaries Tax and National Insurance Contributions (Liability of Subcontractors) Act (Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid) and the Flexibility and Security Act (Flexwet).
If a clients wishes to reduce the number of its contract partners, existing contracts may be converted to Software Pool, so that the contract partners and the client only have one point of contact. If the client wishes to hire a temporary candidate from a party who is not yet a contract partner, it is convenient to have Software Pool streamline the contractual and administrative handling.
Software Pool charges a very modest fee that depends on the volume and duration agreed with the various partners. We do this at present for clients including Cap Gemini and Getronics. In our collaborative venture, we can use our experiences with PGGM, Achmea, ANWB, Logica, EDS, Oracle Nederland, Ordina and many others.
Recruitment & selection
Software Pool constantly focuses on recruitment. Despite the extensive database we have built up, it is vital for us to be able to provide our clients with professionals with a range of skills and experience.
Some professionals prefer a fixed employment contract, but are also available for temporary contracts. Since we have a considerable number of such candidates in our database, we can generally perform recruitment and selection very quickly.
Software Pool's services are based on 'no cure no pay'. When a selection procedure is successful, we charge a partial payment at the start and a final settlement after the candidate has completed his trial period successfully.
